about me:
Independent filmmaker in Chicago mostly interested in crime and action thrillers. Still, I have had comedies of both light and dark in the scripting process for a long time. My favorite filmmakers include Michael Mann, John Carpenter, Christopher Nolan, Clive Barker, John McTiernan, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, & Kevin Smith. I'm self-taught in filmmaking, video editing, web design, graphic design, and scriptwriting. Essentially, anything I do on a regular basis has been mostly self-taught, and that's because I could never stand school. Just found it boring sitting through so much junk that really did not interest me. So, I took it upon myself to learn everything I needed to know to do the things I wanted to do. The suckiest part - I work part-time, and earn not remotely enough to fund my artistic endeavours. And yes, I spell "endeavours" in the British style despite being American from birth. Still, I have many friends in filmmaking that can pick up where my personal resources fall off.
