Wild Billy Childish is back with his new band ‘The Musicians Of The British Empire’ and their debut album ‘Punk Rock At The British Legion Hall’ Out Now on Damaged Goods Records (www.damagedgoods.co.uk) Every 5 years or so Billy Childish is sited by the current top band as the embodiment of rock ‘n’ roll integrity, and every 5 years or so Billy splits his group up and starts again from scratch. With his latest combo, The Musicians of the British Empire, Billy carries on his tradition of home made punk and rhythm and blues. Singing odes to Joe Strummer and nodding to The Who, whilst showing the next generation what a real rock ’n’ roll group sounds like. Joana And The Wolf are a London based four piece made up of Lithuanian singer songwriter Joana and three British musicians, Ali (guitar), Louis (drums) and Katie (bass). Between regular London gigs, career highlights so far include performing at Brighton's Great Escape festival, supporting James Dean Bradfield at ULU, playing the Rock n Roll stage at Bestival, recording a live session for John Kennedy at Xfm...and Joana singing on Kasabian's track 'Empire' ! In 2007 Joana And The Wolf built up a faithful following whose votes helped take the band to the 2007 INDY Music Awards, where they won the award for Best New Wave Act. ESCUELA DE ODIO, nace en los ultimos meses del año 93, en la cuenca minera de Asturies entre conflictos laborales y un futuro incierto tras el cierre de varias empresas, las reconversiones, el alto índice de paro e influenciados por la cultura underground y los movimientos sociales que corrian en aquellos tiempos (antifascismo, antimilitarismo, liberación animal, etc...) Graban una demo para moverla entre sus colegas y el entorno mas cercano mientras dan sus primeros conciertos, en Septiembre del 94 graban su primer EP "La escuela del odio" XUNCA REC.
