- This was Mima Shimoda's first retirement at AtoZ's debut show. To be frank with you, I didn't like the way this retirement played out at all, and I'm glad it didn't last. It starts with AtoZ owner Yumiko Hotta reading a letter from Shimoda's old mentor Akira Hokuto. The retirement ceremony (or so they call it) features not one but TWO matches, one with Ai Fujita, leading into a match with the guest referee of the first match, Jinsei "Hakushi" Shinzaki. Even Etsuko Mita doesn't quite improve things. I hope her 2nd go at a send off will work out better than this one...
