- MAKATI CITY, Philippines--Rodolfo Lozada Jr., the key witness in the Senate probe on the national broadband network controversy, says he is willing to be put in jail if found guilty of anomalies during his term as president of the Philippine Forest Corp. Lozada, however, was quick to add that all PhilForest board members and officers should also go to jail with him because all projects were approved by the board.
