- QUEZON CITY, Philippines--The chiefs of the military and the police, Generals Hermogenes Esperon Jr. and Avelino Razon Jr., lead a "unity march" from the People Power Monument to Camp Aguinaldo to reaffirm their allegiance to the chain of command, as calls for President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's resignation mount.
