It was fun to watch, but you can tell they are all fake. The first one seems like she's posing for the camera before attacking. As for the fence, the left side of the fence wasn't attached, probably the car drove through and the fence didn't detach completely and was only attached on the right side pole. Watch it a few times and you might catch a glimpse (3.10-3.11) of the left side and how it's still wabbling a bit. the camera angle at the end just shows the remaining attached part. Since it was dark the police officer didn't want to continue the chase in unsuitable ground for the car. Still that car chase one got me thinking and had to rewatch it a few times since it seemed to be the most convincing.

That's pretty spooky... I would like to see this re-edited with the Gummy Bears theme song in the background :)
