A Load Of Manure

The BCSO vegetable garden is finished and the inmates who planted it are hoping their collective green thumbs will compensate for the less than ideal soil conditions. The ground's a bit rocky but everyone's believing the garden will produce a virtual cornucopia of cucumbers, squash, okra, green beans and big red tomatoes. Of course, the purpose of the garden is so inmates can benefit from fresh, home-grown vegetables while enjoying their stay at the luxurious Bradley County jail. Sheriff Tim Gobble and Capt.
