On the morning of 25th October 2007, I had an "Electrical Applications" class and I had to explain the principle of operation of 3-phase squirrel-cage motor. My class like to drink the orange-juice brand Rani. Let see the link between Rani and this type of motor which was invented in the late 1880's by Nikola Tesla.
