McColm Cephas scores in the 2nd half of the Carolina RailHawks' 3rd Round US Open Cup match against Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire to propel the USL-1 team to an upset in the 2007 US Open Cup. Cephas' goal would turn out to be the only goal he scored for the club during the season, and the only goal they would need to knock off the Fire in a 1-0 victory at SAS Soccer Park in Cary, NC on July 15, 2007.
