MOSAIC: World News from the Middle East

MOSAIC, winner of a 2005 Peabody Award, presents daily highlights of the national newscasts of more than 30 broadcasters in the Middle East, ”providing Americans an in-depth look at the daily news of the region, often as these stories are unfolding. Airing Monday through Friday in more than 29 million U.S. satellite television households, MOSAIC gives Americans the unique opportunity to see how those throughout the Middle East view the world through their news programming. The thirty-minute program includes excerpts of newscasts from state-owned and independent broadcasters based in more than 16 countries, including Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, Jordan, Syria, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Iraq, Iran and more.
