How To Catch Celebi Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald

One night I was sufing thru the net so I could find out how to catch Celebi on my Sapphire and I came across this vid (It orginally had no sound so I put some music on so you don't get bored) then to check if the vid was real I went to www.serebii.net to the 'Catching Celebi' section and it says their's statistics (I quote 'Their's a certain Hex Event that makes it a 1 in 456 chance of finding it in a battle) so anyway I don't know if it's true but Enjoy.
