Beast Wars: Transformers aired from 1995 to 1999. It was a reboot (type of spin-off) of Transformers. It was a big hit for the die-hard Transformers' fans, however, some did not like it because they went from cyber-robot with vehicle forms to animal forms. I was tired of searching for the episodes, and those I found were not the correct title, episode number, series, etc. So here is the entire series, with the correct information.

Season 2 Episode 11: The Agenda [Part 1]. The Tripredacus Council at Cybertron intercept a signal before the Maximals do. They proceed to send a covert operative to sustain Megatron. The agent turns out to be ex-Decepticon Ravage, who makes an alliance with the Maximals in order to capture Megatron.
