Don Blackman - Never Miss a Thing (bass)

YA NEVER MISS A THANG WHEN YA TAKE YOUR TIME TA SMIIIIIILE :D The funkiest bassline from the album ! Well that ain't nuthin' but my honest opinion of course. It's the only track (along with Deaf Hook Up Connection) on the album with horns, but man do they kill. Pure riffage. Basswise the main problem here is that it's a slap bass line in F. So say goodbye basically to every open strings based lick you know . Plus you play the second 16th a lot of times, and being a shuffle, watch out to really lock it down. My only grief with this track is that it ends up in a fade out ! Too bad for the closure of such an incredible album...
