There has been a lot of talk about David Letterman announcing who will grace the cover of Sports Illustrated's 2009 Swimsuit Edition. The announcement is expected on his show tonight, but sources are saying he will be announcing the Girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio Bar Refaeli has been chosen as the cover model.
