Kite Skiing with Whitney

On the flat prairies of Camus County, just outside of Boise Idaho, skiiers have devised a way to use kites to propel them across snow - like a personal chair lift - powered only by the wind. This is one afternoon, during a Snow Kite festival, and we went skiing with Whitney.
