Eisenhower became the first president to be recorded in color on videotape as he helped dedicate NBC's brand-new 4001 Nebraska Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. facilities (which housed network and WRC Radio/WRC-TV studios)in a live afternoon broadcast fed to the NBC Television network.
