Health & Dating - How much Caffeine is OK?

Only water is consumed more than caffeine...what number coffee for the day is that sitting in front of you? So what's the verdict on your daily coffee? My philosophy is I'll try anything twice and most substances can be used for tribal purposes. It's the abuse of a substance that starts the problem.
