The Phantom Thief only steals art collections without injuring anybody after sending a card which announces what he aims at. Chizuko Mikamo (Chiko) is a Girl who lives together with the gangs of the Phantom Thief. The police, private detectives, and treasure hunters are after Chiko to obtain the inheritance of the Phantom Thief. This story based on the popular comics which depict the world of Ranpo Edogawa (classic Japanese gothic novelist) with a new perspective. The program focuses on "the growth of Chiko” through the encounter with the Phantom Thief and his team. Her life of the adventure with full of mystery and fantasies unfold.
