The story revolves around a pair of priceless and extremely powerful weapons, known respectively as the Heaven Sword and Dragon Slaying Saber (more precisely dragon slaying's saber), which all of wulin's martial artists covet. Either or both of them are thought to allow their wielder to rule the martial arts world, according to a widely circulating rumor in an oft-repeated mantra, though for some reason they are now lost.
